This is the tank that the vaillantis are currently residing in with 12 boraras brigittae, 6 pangio kuhli, 2 anguillaris, and 3 pangio pulla. Sorry about the visible rubber bands, they are obviously gone as soon as the anubias takes hold. You can see how deeply tinted the water is in the picture of the pangio pulla trying to be slick.

Its looking great. What size tank is it and how are you tinting the water. For my 20g that has my Gold Rams I'm using Tetra Blackwater extract.
 
Thanks Coler and Schizo. I'm gonna avoid floating plants in this tank, since they have managed to turn all of my other scapes into tangled messes. I need to find something that has really short roots :D

Thanks! I use Indian Almond leaves for all of my tanks. This tank is a 30 gallon, and to get the water this dark, took 10 crushed up leaves in a filter bag, about 3 days. I've heard really bad things about blackwater extracts, so I've never tried them. Indian almond can be found relatively cheaply online, though they are still expensive compared to peat or oak leaves (free). I like them because there are no pesticide free oak trees around here, and they are far less messy than using peat.
