sick pictus

I'm hoping someone can help me with my sick pictus. He's in with silver dollars and I noticed the other day that a coule of the silver dollars had the beginnings of fin rot so I started a fungal treatment. A couple days later my pictus started looking bad (clouded eyes, ragged wiskers). Can someone help please?

what are your water parameters?

fin rot and cloudy eyes can be a sign of declining water quality.

how big is this tank?

water quality is right on and it is a 55 gallon

What do you mean by "right on"? Have you tested it, or are you just assuming? Something is obviously off if your fish are having health issues.

yes, you need to test, and in order for us to help you, we're gonna need some numbers.

ammonia, nitrite, nitrate, pH, GH/KH, etc.

I have tested, everything incuding salt is within spec. Could the fungas treatment be causing the problem?

What is the treatment called and what chems are in it? And why won't you just post the numbers? Its happened before that people have misunderstood what is acceptable for water parameters. Not saying you do....but its possible.
