Alright, so I come home and find my dropchecker is blue, low co2 level...
I look at my bubble counter, and there's no bubbles....
I readjust the needle valve and viola, bubbles!
the co2 tank is not low, the pressure on both gauges is normal.

so, what gives?
I have had to adjust this friggin thing every day for the past week, and it keeps shutting off...
Grrr!!

Thanks!

I'm no expert in the CO2 field, but mecahanically speaking, I would take it apart and make sure it's clean. Any minute obstruction could cause that problem

turn up the psi a little more

Diddo.

I set my low side at 20psi.
I had a Fabco get restricted once, I just blew it out with a shot of high pressure C02. Sometimes you can get trash in the bottle.

I pumpd it up a little more to about 10.. I'll crank it up to 20 if I have to..
I'll check it out after work...

Thanks!

I wonder if the warmer weather is having an effect on the metal. Don't know much about metal but maybe its expanding causing it to restrict the bubble flow?

most people will say you should keep it at 12-20 psi to keep a steady flow. as long as your needle valve can take it go for it. i would try 15 first see what happens.

Gonna put it on 15ish, and see what happens..

if anything the heat would increase the pressure..
