As it says, I have A LOT of Anubias Barteri var. "nana" for sale. I have it in all different sizes. Specifiy how long of a rhizome you want, and I'll get it to you.

I have

10 2" rhizomes ---- $3/each
6 4" rhizomes ----- $6/each
5 6" rhizomes ----- $9/each
3 10" rhizomes ---- $30/each

Basically, it's $3 per 2 inches of rhizome.

These are very nice, high quality. Unfortunately their tank lost co2 for a couple of weeks so there is a slight case of BBA on them.

Local pick up available(Alameda, CA) or shipping is USPS Priority with Delivery Confirmation, so is $6 for most orders. Free shipping for orders $30 and over.

prob better to ship. not to jump in but a day or two in the dark will help with the bba also.

If you want $50 worth, I'll ship for free. It'd be cheaper than the gas it would take to meet.

And as Mg said, it'd help with what little BBA there is.

What is the best way to ensure that I don't get BBA in my tank if I pick these up? Would it have to go in a quarantine tank or something? How bad is it? They look really nice. :)

The best way is to have a tank in which BBA won't grow. I've put plants with BBA in my tanks before and never had a problem(the BBA died out). However, if your tank does/will grow BBA(such a tank that's lost co2) you could have a problem.

The second best way is to do a physical removal followed by an excel spray/dip.

excel dip should help too. a couple days in the mail it should wipe off and be fine.

I'm happy to go ahead and do a dip for anybody that is purchasing, but I don't want to dip it if you don't want me to.

I got the plants yesterday...thanks much for the dwarf vals!

I didnt realize this but the black brush algae is pretty bad. I currently have all the anubias in a bucket with prime and I tried excel spray and I'm keeping them in the dark. What else can I do to get rid of the bba? Can i trim the edges off that have bba? Will the leaves grow back? Almost every leaf has it.... I'm thinking maybe during shipping it spreaded around. I just trimmed the vals down and got rid of most of the bba.. I think it should work for them. Pls let me know what else I can do. The plants themselves look nice and healthy!

Since I got CO2 back in the tank, the BBA has starting dying. Additionally, my SAE is gobbling it up.

Another person who bought some from me die a hydrogen peroxide dip, and said it worked wonders. I assume they did a dilution, but I don't know. You can search the forums for more info on how to do a peroxide dip. Anyway, point is, the BBA turned white(dead) within a day.
