ther was a thread about "someone" thinking how annoying it was to see the same questions get asked, so instead of asking the marine newbie forum how deep my sand should be, which i have a feeling many people have asked, i started this one, in hopes it will ease some peoples nerves, and find me what i want. cant find a good thread, ask for it here. lost threads too.
anybody know a good marine sand depth thread?

Cam, you can ask in the marine area...no one is going to give you a hard time. I believe it really depends on what fish you are keeping but I think 4" is pretty common.

I see what your intent is cam, but that is what the search function is for. Not many folks would go to the general chit-chat area to ask a fish/tank related question. It is best if they posted their question in the applicable area for faster response.

That may be true, but a single thread for questions would not benefit anybody, by the time you tried reading it all to see if the info you needed was in it. Post a thread about your issue is the quickest way to get an answer.
