I hope this is allowed here...
Caitylee and I put up photo's of some of our betta's and misc pics on the ultimatebettas.com site.
If you guys would be so kind to vote for us in Betta of the Month, Veiltail of the month, Picture of the month and Fish of the month that would be great.
in BOTM, Thunder our CT betta is the 7th down. In Veiltail OTM, Rocky is the 7th down. In POTM, a pic from Harpers Ferry, WV that I took is the 14th down. and in FOTM, our New Shub Cam is the last picture.

Thank you all so much

can i hijack this thread and ask if a 5 gallon jug is suitible for a betta or two? no point in starting a thread

if the jug has a large opening at the surface (i.e. not necked down like a bottle or a vase), and it was heated to stay at 78* +/- a couple and you get a water change when ever needed to keep the ammonia down then yes.
I recommend nothing less than a 1G, but more is always better. so your safe there.
when the water surface area decreases, there is much less o2 than can be exhanged by the betta's
now, did you vote? lol

do you have to be a member on the forum? iv been having rolling black outs so i couldent find out. i have a lot of water jugs, and im sure bettas at the LFS would like a jug over a cup or bowl. i have a jug already, i cut the top and glued a hinge on

i dont see how it is cheating....
I am not making fake accounts to get more votes, plus I just asked you guys, it doesnt mean you have to do it.
If you think it is, then dont vote. its up to you guys... i just asked thats all.
What i should have said at the begining is asking you to vote on there. there is many good pics, vote for the ones you think are best. (if you feeling kind, you can vote for us. LOL)

cam, read the first post in this thread. it tells you.

I have to admit, i do not really agree with canvassing people from here, to go to another site to vote for your "...Of the Month" photograph...Yes, you are not faking other accounts, BUT, your getting people who are not part of the community there, to vote for you, which is unethical..

Just my opinion of course.. :)
