This a far fetched request, but can't find anything on-line; website or tech support forum, that has any answer's for me.
The company that I just started working at, a mortgage brokerage, has been trying to get a predictive auto-dailer working. It's Piranha by EVS Inc. Currently, with one agent on and two phone lines calling out, we and the other person on the other end of the line hear another the other line calling out. And so we tried just one line dialing, we still hear 2 lines in the headset. The system is basically useless right now, because we can't talk to prospective clients on the line due to dial tones, answering machines, faxes, etc. being heard.
So anyone with any experience on setting these up?
