so i've never seen bristle worms much in my DT's but they sure are out and about a lot in my fuge! i don't know if it's because there are no fish in there but for some reason they are out crawling around a lot! last night i saw a big ol fat one and a long one - about 4 inches! i got this pic the other night, 3 of them were just chilling along the glass with a few micro stars hanging out with them. does anyone else see the same thing in their refugiums?

I only ever see mine out if I turn on the light and catch them and then they high tail it into hiding. I have my pixy hawk down there now though, so who knows if I even have any left at this point. She's got to stay there till I am done putting docile fish into the tank. She's too cute for me to sell though and I watched her in the petco tank for a month before buying her and she always comes to the glass to say hello, so I think she's supposed to be with me. :)

wow, I wander off easily. Moved a bristle worm into the display when I moved everything over because, well, why not? And it must have gotten confused or suicidal because I found it in a power head. After I pulled it loose, the clown tried to eat it, and then a crab came out of hiding and dragged it back into his cave. hehe

i have tons of em in all my tanks, as well as my fuge. just the other night i saw one that was streched to about a foot and about 1/4in thick in my reef. they are quite the good cleaners.

I have had a 3 ft eunicid in mine for years. I am all for biodiversity.

I actually see them in both my salt tanks when the lights are on a lot lately. They'll come out in the shaded areas of the sand where LR overhangs. Same purple/orange 2 shade species its seems you have
