I've been fishing for many years and pelicans have always been
"free-loaders" - it's just the way the are. They don't get hurt eating/recycling fish scraps at cleaning tables. Pelicans don't choke and die like the article wants you to believe.
The question is, who is the guy that invented the "fish waste recycle bins"???
Where there's money to be made, there's a brand new law!
Eventually the 'law' will apply to regular, individual fisherman.
I'm losing hope for society...
