Lights On Timers....two 4 hour sets.

I dont think the fish really care.. However it may effect your plants, Im not sure, only know that in nature the light isnt split into seperate lengths in that manner.

Out of curiosity, why two different four hour time lengths?
 
I had a black hair algae problem, and apparently the photosynthisis happens with the plants before the algae so it stopped the algae issue. Also it lets me see them in the morning and evening.
