I walked into work four hours early today because I came back from vacation two days ago and forgot my schedule... Er, I mean I'm a good employee! Since I was there I decided to look at the new stock.
All my new baby angels killed themselves by eatting bloodworm which are for my BGK so I need some larger ones to start off so they can digest the food. I've tried hiding the bloodworms in the BGK caves and everything but I guess the worms are too good to let pass.
Well, we got two stunted adult angels. The body of the fish is in proportion and they have some neat markings... Ones I haven't seen before. However, all the fins are half the size of what they should be and are fairly tattered. These fish probably grew up in nothing more than a 20 long. :headshake2:
My Boss said his partner excepted the fish as store credit without looking at them and they are selling both for $5.00. My question is will the fins grow to the correct size within time or will they be deformed for life? I'd love to give these fish my beautifull aquarium home because I know they will thrive but I also don't want stunted tattered fish for years to come.
