Plant Gro fert sticks

Anyone ever try these? I was at the LFS trading in my Cons and went looking for Flourish tabs. All he had in were these Plant Gro sticks http://www.thatpetplace.com/pet/group/11125/product.web

They are a 16-9-12 formula. Flourish tabs I don't remember and can't find an old box.

Wow a lot different though

Ammoniacal nitrogen - 16%
Nitrate nitrogen - 8.5%
Available phosphate - 9%
Magnesium (soluble) - 1%
Sulfur (total) - 2% - (combined sulfur) - 3.8%
Boron - 0.02%
Iron (water soluble) - 0.42%
Chelated iron - 0.03% - total - 0.45%
Manganese - 0.06%
Molybedenum - 0.02%
Zinc (total - 0.05%)
Water soluble - 0.017%


though these are "supposed" to last a year and be slow release.
