The angels would probably eat the guppy fry (and possibly the guppies) and I think that serpae tetras can be nippy and so would shred the angels fins. Put the serpae tetra in the 30 gallon, and get a single angel to control the guppy population.

6 emerald cories- probably
5 otos- probably
zeba oto- me thinks so
25ish guppy+fry- those fry will soon become yummy angelfish snacks, and maybe the parents too!
10 cherry shrimp- nah
6 serpae tetras- probably...if they're not nippy and the angels aren't mean
3 green swordtails+fry- not the fry
I'm going to say no... ;)

IME oto=food.
I have not been able to keep oto's with any of my angels. large angels find the 'appealing'.
same goes for cherry shrimp.
artemis "the angels aren't mean" I'm not sure I agree with this ;)
I have a particular large male that is meaner than ...well you insert the word.
it beat the bejeezus out of all the other males in the tank.

okay so i moved the cherrys in my 10 gallon and even if i got like tank bred angels not like wild altums i mean like cheap nice looking ones from pet stores...im fine with losing some guppies and i think i might wanna trade in the serpeas even tho they are so pretty but they arent nippers atleast to any guppies except one that thinks he is a serpea tetra

there are plenty of tank bred nice looking angels..but I would look to local breeders for them. IME the domestics are not much less aggressive than the wilds

hmm thought they would lose that aggression what if i got like nickle sized fry? and raised them in that tank do you think they'd get use to all the other fish and maybe not be to aggressive?

I doubt it. Remember they are not exactly "intelligent". when they see small fry, they will see it as a snack after ceratin size

np i am annoyed by my guppy fish they have no respect for me! and yes some angels are intelegent i have read that Altums can recognize the person who feeds them and can recognize some people

All my angels recognize me as the person that feeds them.
usually tho I find the wilds are less prone to coming to the front when I feed. Domestics are quick to see me.
they can learn this tho as I have taught some to eat from a spoon.
angels are possibly going to see anything small enough or percieved as small enough to fit in the mouth, as food. 2-4 is a good start watch tho if pairs form this will limit the swimming size of the tank as a pair will claim and defend territory.
angel are angels and are cichlids..there is no guarantee that ones you pick out will get along with their tank mates. they do tend to show their traits to other angels tho.

My angels not only recognize me, they also recognize my wife and she has never fed them! Angelfish are cichlids. Like any other animal or person, no 2 behave exactly alike. As a whole, angels like most cichlids, become very territorial and might eat, chase, or pick on other tank members. Lucky for me my angels keep their aggression to themselves and my ottos and danios are not bothered.

Take the otos, guppies, and serpea tetras out and you should be fine!!

young angels may not bother the oto's..but as they get older they may target the oto's.
the problem is if the angel is not big enough to swallow the oto. then you run into issues with the oto's defense mechanism.
spines on the gill plate.
