So awhile back I started a 10gl Cherry Shrimp tank. For awhile there it didnt look like they were really breeding at all...

Well now there are seriously too many to even count!! I see tiny babies all the time now and at least 2-3 pregnant ones cruising around... is there any way they could get so many as to outgrow the 10 gallon?? lol

Shrimp will outgrow any tank, given some time. So get baggies and shipping supplies ready. You'll have to start thinning them out soon!

Unless you decide to get a fish that will eat them or a bigger tank, of course :-).

Once cherry shrimp get comfortable in a tank there is no stopping the love fest that follows. I got some from jinkz a while back...thought that they didn't make it in their new home, oops...there they are, now I have tons. Time to upgrade my 55g! :)
