Do neons, honey gouramis & angels go together?

The neons will be fine with either but the gouramis and the angels may not get along so well.
Angels are big fish and need good vertical space. The tropical tank in your specs is already quite full and is much too small for angels.
They'd need a much bigger and taller tank. Their AqC profile (http://www.aquariacentral.com/species/db.cgi?db=fresh&uid=default&ID=0337&view_records=1) lists a 30g as a minimum tank size, although that seems very minimum and also too short. A 29g would give you better height and is really as small as I'd go for angels.

Nope, I wouldn't put Angels and Neons together. That is the stereotypical aquarist nightmare as Angels are known for snacking on Neons.

Gouramis and angels should be ok..gouramis are usually only mean to other antabids (spelling). Unless you are talking about dwarf gouramis...they are just punks
Actually I got a new tank which I transferred the tropicals into, I'll go and update my tank specs now.
And yes, they are dwarf gouramis, and yes, they are punks. But they still look beautiful.
