I called your orange fellow a Ps. Zeb from a previous set of pics; he is clearly an albino from this set and I don't think he's a zebra at all from these pics...will have a look around and come back to you...

Very nice little Cichlids you have there!!! Love the rock, can't wait to see pics of it in the tank. As far as plants...good luck with Africans, but I've seen tanks (Colers come to mind) with Java ferns and I think Java moss in some. That would be about all I think. They like to dig ALOT, and will pretty much dig up and munch on just about anything in the tank. I found this out the hard way. I had a pretty heavily planted tank way back when and then added the Africans...umm, well haven't had a planted tank since. LMAO!
