Peckoltia ID

Here is an old photo of what was sold to me as a "Clown Peckoltia" approximately 4yrs ago. Despite the crappy photo, can you guys ID this thing as a peckoltia vittatus?

That's probably clown panaque L104, not peckoltia, L15, given the very small size after 4 years. Panaques are much more common, as well.

Thanks, I was pretty sad to take him to my LFS(who sold 'em the next day). I am glad you guys could get an ID so if/when I set-up a S.A tank I can know which specie is the one I actually want.
