In my previous post, I wrote about my Blood Parrots laying eggs. This was a few days ago.

The eggs aren't viable, and are starting to grow a fuzz on them. Both parents seemed stressed because they have changed color, and have been swimming circles over the eggs since they were laid.

What do I do now? It seems from a "clean water" view to vaccume out the eggs, but will that stress the fish even more? Should I rearrange the tank a bit so they aren't looking for the eggs? Or should I just leave it all alone let nature do whatever it wants to do?

If it were up to me, I would vacuum them out.

Im sorry but the eggs didnt make it. I would vaccume the eggs and let them start over.

The parents should eat the infertile eggs even if it has fungus on it, but I'd vacuum them out as well.

The parents are Blood Parrots and they have these deformed mouths and I think it makes it hard for them to eat them. they look like they are trying, but not able to do it. thanks everyone, I feel so sorry for these guys!
