I NEED HELP! missing 13 yr old in san diego. Any one a cop, detective?

i have a friend who on sunday - wednesday stays at her sisters apt in san diego because of a nanny job. this last weekend she brought her other sister (who is 13, they live in murrieta) with her cause she has friends down there that she hasnt realy seen since they moved up to murrieta. yesterday she was hanging out with her friend when they met a guy. only description i have right now is that he was 19 or older and was hispanic. for some reason her friend leaves my friends sister at the train station with the guy at 8pm monday night. the station is at 12th and imperial. my friends sister has not been see or heard from since. i will get a pic of her on here when i get one. i also will get a better description of the guy. i dont know if this is a simple run away thing. or if this is someone she talked to online. details havent been learned yet. she didnt bring any of her clothes with her or her phone charger. right now her phone rings but eventually goes to voice mail. this means the phone is on. so far the cops wont try to trace the phone signal because it hasnt been 48 hrs. but in 48 hrs the phone might be dead!!!! and she might be long gone from last known signal!!!! is anyone on here or mfk a cop or detective? can you do a ac/mfk favor for someone and maybe get the trace going now? the whole family is freaking out!

cops just left the house and said they cant do anything til after 48 hrs!!!! i'll tell them the media thing. thats a good idea!!

yeah! they probably arent doing anything cause from what her friend said they met the guy earlier in the day and she just left her with him at 8pm at the train station. i bet they are thinking its a run away thing and shes fine. idk! shes 13. who cares if she went with the guy willingly! hes supposedly 19 or older!!! i hope there is video at the station

she has gotten in a little trouble before up in murrieta. last yr she was dating a kid whos fam sold pot out of their home. the 12 yr old she was dating had been in trouble for selling stuff at school. my friend found lal this stuff out and got her tested for pot which she came up positive for. as far as i know, the last 6 months she has been clean, actually nice at home, and not seeing thise people cause they moved away. shes not perfect, but shes only 13 last seen with a guy 19 possibly in his 20s. she didnt bring her phoen charger or cloths. whatever happened doesnt sound planned.
