Okay, run down:
Sunday: Lost my one and only fish and my nano tank. He was my first ever, and was added just as i thought i was done cycling...However, a late Nitrate spike, in combination with a sickness that had raised white 'pimples' on his body, killled him off.I've been monitoring my water since, and things have vastly settled since then.
As of today, my readings were:
Salinity: 1.22 (SG)
Amonia: 0
Nitrate:0
Nitrite: 2.5 (ish)
Ph: 8.4
So, i think i should be good. In addition to my tank settling, my local LFS informed me that they've switched over to another clownfish breeder. This breeder ships slightly older, more mature clownfish whic hare supposed to be hardier...
my question is (As i really don't want to screw up here.)
Do you think i should go ahead and try another, or give it more time?
Thanks,
Andrew
