Hi there,
I have a 45g and just had my cacatouaties lay some eggs in the roof of a small flowerpot, but my bushy-nose pleco (3") gobbled them up a few hours later. I'm removing the pleco, but also have 8 small panda cories (1") performing cleanup on the bottom of the tank. How likely are these little fellows to eat the eggs should the other female lay soon?
I also have a few dwarf rainbows and baby angels in there, along with some temporary guppies. I have a few breeding boxes at the top for the guppies, I was thinking of putting the cockatoo in there the next time she drops, as one is a single chamber fine-net box, about 8"x6"x6".
Is this a disaster waiting to happen?
Thanks for any advice!

I have a rena xp3 running the whole setup; white sand bottom, nice Eugene, Oregon cascade water with plenty of slate & wood cliffs.
