hey,
I recently bought a 4foot longx15.5inches widex1.5 foot high tank.
Would I be able to keep 2 Suckermouth catfish,
6 black lace angel fish,
10 neon tetras,
1 large blue gourami,
4-6 tiger barbs or 2 clown loaches
and a small crayfish that will be put in another tank when it gets a bit bigger (3 inch).
Also, if the angelfish breed I have another tank to put the other fish in if its neccesary.
I would skip the tiger barbs as they are almost certainly going to nip your angle fins.

thats what i thought, but I wasnt too sure, how 'bout the clown loaches though?
So long as you can upgrade in a couple of years go for it they do like to be kept in groups of 6 though so if you get rid of plecs(suckermouth catfish)you could probably have a group, clown loaches don't have scales though so don't ever put meds or salt in this tank unless you remove them first.

Hello, :welcome: to AC.
Clown loaches can grow to 16"
If you want to have loads of disappearing tetras and raggedy angel fins.Oh and when i had a gourami he was bad *** and bullied everyone so keep an eye on him.
Yes clown loaches can grow big but it takes years you will be fine for a year or too but eventually you will need a 150-200g tank.On another thread there is a pic of marge a 12" clown loach she is old though.

yer, so no crab :P, i dont think ill get clown loaches though, i gotta watch out for the neon tetras as well for when the gourami gets bigger. my sis has got a flowerhorn and we had had to buy a whole new tank, we hadnt read up on them either so we didnt know they were made so cruelly, if we had we wouldnt have got them. well be selling it when we get bigger, lots of cash $)
