I bought this flowerhorn as a kamfa strain but I am not for sure it is, any ideas as to what strain it may be from?

I don't know my flowerhorns at all, sorry. But it looks like it has some Texas Cichlid in it if that's part of the mix.

Since Flowerhorns are hybrids it is hard to say exactly which strain is predominate. I agree that it seems to have markings closely associated to TC but I wouldn't want to place any bets on it.

SO I will probably never now....Maybe once it reaches adulthood it will be easier to recognize a dominate strain?
