You are in tarzana, which means that you are talking about ADFs, not ACFs, because ACFs are illegal in our state. Just take good care of them and feed frozen and when the temperatures get hot they will do their thing. Also, the ones petco sells tend to not be fully mature. Make sure you buy a group to get mixed sexes.

Theres a high chance they all come from the same blood line.
So, I'd suggest getting stock from a different source as well - inbred frogs aren't fun.

The ones at the petsmart here have a strong H. curp. influence on their genetics. Interesting because these used to be pretty rare, from what I understand.

All "ACFs" in California are actually ADFs, African Dwarf Frogs, and they only get to a maximum size of about 1 and a half inches while ACFs get about 5 inches. The difference of the 2 is that on an ACF the front "hands" are not webbed and their fingers are spread out. And ACF's eyes are on the top of their head while ADF's eyes are more on the side and pointed forwards.

those are cool on youtube there is a video (i typed in goldfish getting eaten and it was there) but it was huge and eating goldfish
Don't get them confused with Pipa Pipa or Pipa Purva. Pipa Pipa can get enormous, and eat small fish. They also keep their eggs on the female's back, in little 'missile silos', then fully formed froglets pop out.
ADF's are fun, you don't need a heated tank for them (assuming you don't live at the North Pole). My friend keeps an ADF in a tank with guppies, as the guppies breed, it eats the fry. It's a tubby little bugger.
