:help:how many inches will a south african cichlid grow to and how many gallons are needed to house them.
 
which South American Cichlid are you referring to?
you could be talking about 1 of a 100 species dwarves maybe only get 1-2 "
while others will get too big to house in anything but a tank in the 100's of gallons.
 
Ask them for a name (South African or South American did it say by the way) or take a pic and post it here and we'll try and ID it for you.

Now, by "won't let me upload pics" do they mean-

Won't let you upload anything to photobucket or similar hosting site

Won't let you upload anything via the camera to the computer

OR

won't let you upload pictures on here via the Manage Attachments button?
