They are complete FRAUDS who will take your money and send you nothing!! That is the moral of this post for those too lazy to read the whole thing... I ordered 2 aquarium heaters 3 weeks ago and they never arrived. I have been completely unable to contact them despite several attempts including: calling every phone number I could find that has anything to do with them and leaving messages on the ones that actually let me leave a voicemail, faxing them a letter, emailing them, leaving multiple messages on their 'Live Help, leave an offline message' (because they are never online...) feature, finding an email address of a seller on Ebay who is linked with the company and emailing him (never returned my emails). I have filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau along with the 3 or 4 other people that had had the same exact experience before me and I am now in the process of getting the amount charged back to my account through my bank. I am probably going to have to cancel my debit card as well, since they have my information and were able to take my money the first time so why not again? The website is still up and running (for some unbelievable reason...)

pm OP for store information

LAME!! There is plenty of money to be made doing honest business, no need for such scams. Sorry to hear it.

thats why its best to do online purchases with a credit card.. a simple call to the cc company and you get your $$ back..
