I have 2 convicts that have been bullying each other. Well one would always builly the other one. There are a lot of hiding spots, but the bigger one will keep going after her. So now she hides behind the powerhead. Should I do anything about this? or What can I DO?

I'd personally remove the one being bullied. How big is your tank? Did you buy the convicts with the intention of breeding them? If so it's best to get 6 (3 femeles and 3 males, maybe more if you have room, just make sure you have an equal number of both) or so convicts and let them grow up together. They like to pick thier own mate. The smaller the better. Eventual (usually quickly) 2 of them will pari off and start mating. I'd then remove all the other convicts that haven't paired up yet.
