eggs? but from whom? maybe the two stupid africans i have hiding in the corner of my tank right now. they are temporary though

those no way are africans lol um hard to tell what they are but its good there spawning in the tank so soon the must like what fish are in there africans are mouth brooders where they hold the eggs in there mouth move them around to prevent fungus but what fish are in the tank besides africans???

like the wood work, but whats your stock?

Looks great! A plant on the right side to match the other would be spectacular. The eggs are probably from the fish pictured (or a mate). If completely unattended, they'd be eaten. What is the total stocking?

looking at the pics id say eggs ar from that texas, salvian could be the mate.. but again what else do you have in there?

stock consists of 2 unknown mbunas, looks to be a hybrid of kennyi and yello lab, has both the vertical stripes and the horizontal black stripe on the top fin. also a salvini, and a texas/bifaciatus hybrid, 4 line pictus cat, and a pleco, i think bristlenose, not quite sure. Oh yeah, and a blue lobster.

by the looks of it the salvini hasnt let his, or in this case, her, guard off those eggs. the bifac/texas is also closly standing guard and isnt drove away by the salvini, unlike everything else that comes close.

im half tempted to call up my buddy and see if he wants to let me borrow his salvini, which were positive is male. maybe this can be a neat little experiment.

i wouldnt mind bifaciatus/salvini hybrids!

EDIT. so as im siting in front of my tank as i write this, the bifaciatus AND the salvini are defending the eggs. can someone tell me if the bifaciatus looks to be a male? i can snap some more pictures if necessary.
