Seems to be gasping. Mouth constantly moving. Gills "flaring". Her color is good. No redness anywhere. She swims well and at all levels of the tank.

Recently had a mini spike. Don't know what from. She seemed to be OK til now. Working on getting a short video up on YouTube. I'll post the link as soon as it is available.

No agression at all. I don't think the spike did it. It lasted about 16 hours and 2 50% water changes. I am on a well, so no chlorine or chloramines. Have been using this water for about 4 months. Acclimated carefully with small water changes added to water I brought with from the old home. Check the video (link in previous post) to see if you can spot something I am missing.

So, a little more water agitation could do the trick? I have the sprayer bar on the Rena. Water movement is gentle.

Oh brother...now I notice one of the Dwarf Gourami is acting erratically. He hangs at the bottom, swipes himself on the gravel then darts to the surface. He seems to be gasping some also. I don't see any signs of Ich. No white spots at all. The only time I have seens the swiping on the gravel and such is when I got Ich. The Angel isn't swiping herself.

How are you getting 0 nitrate? I know you said you had a mini spike, but you should still be getting some nitrate readings. That could be the problem, try a water change of about 50% if you can, it may not fix the problem entirely, but clean water is always a good place to start.
