While I was testing out my co2 cylinder, I fellow Rex's step as how to setup a pressurized system. http://www.rexgrigg.com/regset.html I follow his steps correctly, but only to be stunned by this weird noise coming from my clippard solenoid while i was doing the setup steps... I was told by rex to get the working pressure to psi 11 after getting the regular nut tightened very well and the valve fully opened. I did what the steps told me, and I plugged in the solenoid after getting the working pressure PSI to 11. Then came the opening sound from the clippard solenoid(good). But what the heck!!then I had to do the working pressure all over again? that's when I hear the sound while I was increasing the working pressure. I am super curious about this. Any idea what's going on?

Thanks to Zigman, I now know the problem. The low pressure gauge has blown... Now all I can do is measure bubbles. Mystery solved.
Let me tell ya guys... You gotta be careful when dealing with Rex. Not trying to say he is a scam man or a fraud person The one problem I know about him is that he does not test the gauges himself after he has built them, and he does not really give you any instant advice quickly enough to make you feel better. Also note that he doesn't do any of that instant messaging. If you guys were to buy a regulator from him, be sure to ask him to test out the gauges before making him ship the regulator..... I'm quite disappointed in him. I did not receive any enough support when I had this problem.
did you msg him for a replacement??

Not yet, bk. I just told him that zig and me have come to the conclusion that the low pressure gauge is indeed blown.(not to bits, internally)
