I have a friend who lives 10 minutes from my house with an R/O unit.

I have an extra 10 gallon tank, an AC20 and could buy an ac20 power head as well for circulation. I would buy 10-15 lbs of Live rock...

with that said, could I do a FOWLR in my 10, with a clown fish, or a damsel or something, and some inverts?

What would your suggestions be?

Dont know about the yellow head jawfish but you can definently have inverts and a fish

No reason why you cant do a FOWLR, with 1 fish and some inverts....Would only add a jawfish to an established tank which has 4 inch deep sandbed...

what would some of my fish options be?

I don't want to go broke trying this out... So I was thinking of starting very slow and small, I know I will need the api master test kit, something to measure gravity/salinity, and the live rock, what else will I need.
