I have a ph controller for sale with a new ph electrode, which retail for about $40 new. I need the cash to pay for textbooks in a week so I am asking $50 shipped.

Not to be mean, but if you are new, you most likely will not need a ph controller. They are used with co2 systems for live plants to monitor the ph, since adding co2 lowers the ph.
