Ok Yea I Know All The Words Are Capital Its Faster This Way Lol So I Think You Go Into ITunes And I Think Click File: Backup To Disk: Then Find The Mp3 Player In The Menu And Click It Then I Think I Think That Might Work If Not Then I Would Just Surf Through The Menu And Make Sure You Put Some Metallica On There For God Sake Hope You Find Out How To Get Your Tunes On Mp3 Player

got the metallica in the file already :-D

Ummm, ok. Without taking a look at all your files, my guess would be that your problem is with iTunes formatting all your music in AAC format (Apple's proprietary format, it won't work with your player). I believe this is the default file type in iTunes so unless you changed that option within iTunes, you will probably have to change your files to mp3 format. The RCA player should also work with WMA files, but itunes won't convert to WMA (for obvious reasons, lol). If you hate the RCA software, I would imagine that the player is "Plays for Sure Compatible", meaning that it will work with Windows Media Player. Maybe you'll like Media Player better, I personally can't stand it but like itunes it's a free download.

I can't remember if there's any way to convert the AAC files to mp3 within itunes... I'm sure there is but I'm a hard core iPod user and have no reason to remember it, lol. One thing that will work for sure, even with music that you purchased from the itunes store, is to burn the songs to a CD from itunes. Then, open up the program you want to use, like the RCA program or Media Player or whatever, and rip the CD into the new program. This worked for me to get my itunes purchases on my friend's Creative player.

Good luck, HTH:)
