I just recently did a water change and noticed that 2 of my fish seemed to be coughing and one them seemes to be breathing out of one gill way more than the other one. First time i have encountered flukes any help would be appreciated.

I would recommend PraziPro for flukes over Parasite Clear. I think it is more effective. It won't impact your biological filter or harm plants. A single treatment last 5-7 days.
Coughing?Like stretching mouth,that`s normal.
Check ammonia,enough water movement on top?How long have you had theses fish?Bare bottom or gravel?Flukes common if mixing Discus with other fish.Should look good after water change.
