Looks like it goes without saying, but in case any questions arise, the measurements are in millimeters. For those of us who generally rely on the imperial system, its 37.5" L x 25" H x 24.2" D. Comes out just shy of 100 gallons. (97.3g according to my numbers, but since we don't usually fill our tanks 100% of the way, figure 90-95 gallons)

I am more of a custom plexiglass person when it comes to project, but when it comes to fishtanks i think glass is much better and happy to see you are going with that as well. Tempered glass is good because it is stronger than regular glass and if broken, breaks into chunks rather than sharp shards. Laminated glass would be the ultimate for your tank as it is the type of glass used for windshields on cars. The inner layer helps keep the glass together so it just fractureds and doesnt completely shatter. This is the strongest of the 3 glasses (reg, tempered, laminated). You can also get starfire glass which has a reputation for not discoloring if you will over time. Its impecable clarity leaves a very little green haze versus regular glass. This is what i have read in several articles. Starfire glass is much more expensive but is common to be found as 1-3 parts of certain fishtanks (the parts you see most) so as to keep the price at a reasonable level for most consumers.

10mm glass is fine for a tank that deep, you can use whatever type of glass you want but remember tant tempered glass can't be cut and laminated glass is the easiest to cut.

i always err on the side of caution when doing things custom. Id rather have someone to go to for warranty issues when buying then having to rebuild when homemade. 10mm is a cm thick glass. if its a 100 gallon tank....u may want to go thicker, just to be safe. It is custom, make it last

My 180g is 10mm, the deeper the tank the thicker the glass has to be. A 24" deep tank only needs to be 10mm thick.

fair nuff, i would stil do the thicker, but thats just me :) lol. obviously 10mm is ok cause it seems to be common and most tanks dont look overly thick anyways.
