I'm currently working on the website, trying to make it much more visually appealing and easier to navigate, so I'm only posting the additional information until I can get it onto the website in an appealing way. Anyways, I have just added fruit fly culture media.
Melanogaster Media - $3/11oz
Melanogaster Spirulina Media - $5/12oz
Hydei Media - $3.25/11oz
Hydei Spirulina Media - $5.25/12oz
Basic medias can be used as is for an economy media, or you can add your own nutrients.
Spirulina medias - high spirulina content adds nutrients to the media, and as an added benefit, colors the media a dark green to increase larvae visibility!
The Hydei mixes are made with extra mold inhibitors to keep up with the Hydei lifespan.
Picture below is of a spirulina media (Melanogaster, but the Hydei looks identical). The dry form is in front, and there's a culture cup behind it with hydrated media, ready for excelsior and flies.
