Filters 16 gallons per hour (on high I assume), and is adjustable. http://www.drsfostersmith.com/product/prod_Display.cfm?siteid=6&pCatId=9821

Maybe a bit too powerful for a 2 gallon, but should be just about perfect for a betta in a 5 gallon.

seen it at the store, it looked like it was ok if its too strong you can always put a plastic plant or something in front of the waterfall.
I found a small internal filter with sponge and A carbon insert in WalMart for about $15 canadian. It comes with a little air pump and you can buy additional cartridges in 2 packs. It does a great job of keeping the water clean in a betta tank up to 5 gallon as long as the betta is the only one present. Works as a bubble filter.

I agree, that would be a perfect filter, except it doesn't fit around the lip of an AGA aquarium (or a similar brand). It is designed for the Azoo tanks only, but I'm sure you could rig something up to make it work.
