I picked these up at the fish store today. I'm not sure if the one with red is an aquatic plant. I think the one with the small green leaves is a Rotala rotundifolia.

1st is emersed form of Alternanthera reineckii
2nd though could be rotala rotundifolia, it can also be rotala colorata or rotala indica

My rotala colorata has 2 leaves at each base and the rotundifolia has 3.

I'd have to vote for the indica version of rotala on the second shot... classic appearance day after purchase from the LFS.
