hello guys, Just wanted to get some opinions regarding my idea for stocking the 10 gallon tank in my room.

filter: AC100,
temp: 24

currently contains 4 mature whiteclouds.

I would like to add some kuhli loaches and a single betta. not sure how many loaches though as I understand they like schools but I don't want to overstock the tank.

thanks guys and ideas are much appreciated.

I would add 3 khulie loaches, 1 male betta and 1 more white cloud. That will be about it for a 10 gallon tank. But you really need to add some silk plants or live plants as well. The betta can survive against the current from an AC 100 but he will need a place to rest occasionally.

It is well stocked with silk plants, no live though and there are lots of medium and small sized smooth river rocks, as well as a river pebble substrate, which is better than a sharp crushed quartz subtrate right?
I kept a single betta in the same tank for about 8 months and he didn't seem to mind the AC100 flow, although it was turned right down then. Thanks for the quick reply.
