I haven't used a forum in a long while, so excuse me if I'm a bit rusty...
Howdy everyone! My name is kudo, or rather that's what everyone calls me, and I'm a student at the University of California at Davis.
I found this site through a Petco member who recommended that I speak with you fine gentlemen about adopting out my fish. I can't say that I've been the best owner of my goldfish, but I have raised him for twelve years and he's still going strong. The biggest problem I now have is that I'm leaving for an extended period of time for Europe and I can't find anyone who will take in my fish (my family was adamantly opposed as were most of my friends). My fish means a lot to me, and I know he's just a goldfish, but I feel he's got some spunk in him.
Please let me know if anyone is interested. The story is a bit more complicated than I eluded to, but I need to run to work so I don't have time to properly go into it. But I would really like to leave the fish with someone who will care for it properly.
Thanks for your time, and hello once again!
Cheers,
kudo
