Well, I got rid of the evil flagstone...this morning my ph tested @ 7.8, still a bit high, but down from 8.7! I did another 25% water change this afternoon and will continue to monitor the ph. I also added some feller rocks and petrified wood chunks along w/ a couple small water sprite plants. Everybody seems happy and is checking everything out. The Bolivian ram that was not doing well is back to his "charming" self and harrassing the female!
Here a few pics.. well, maybe more than a few! My camera (or the operator!) stinks, so bear w/ the crappy shots!

Thanks! I think I am happy with it for now. I really like the feller rock - the way the color pops w/ the green of the plants....My sick angel is in QT and will be going to my sis when healthy, so the one I have left will not be harrassed. It is already showing really nice fin growth............
 
Thanks for the nice comments everyone. I was really worried about my ram but with advice from the folks here and some changes to my tank he seems to be ok.....
