Isn't that a marine fish considering its tankmate is a blue tang?

I would have assumed Bat fish too but with it's fins deformed maybe due to stunting. Not many folks realize the heights these fish require...

Dont adult MonoSabae require full SW? thats why I thought it was one.

He wasn't there last week, they must have taken him in from a customer...

Looks like a type of orbiculated batfish, posibly a juvenile platax orbicularis...

poor tang too!

The Tang is a very nice looking fish, it was swimming all over the tank they are in. It is about 100 gallons... Rarely are there fish in these though, I am pretty sure they were takenin crom a customer.

Kinda looks like a spade fish. It is related to batfishes, explaining why it looks so similar minus the exaggerated dorsal and anal fins.
