I would have assumed Bat fish too but with it's fins deformed maybe due to stunting. Not many folks realize the heights these fish require...

Looks like a type of orbiculated batfish, posibly a juvenile platax orbicularis...

The Tang is a very nice looking fish, it was swimming all over the tank they are in. It is about 100 gallons... Rarely are there fish in these though, I am pretty sure they were takenin crom a customer.
Cloudy eyes and dark colors. Sad sight.:(

Kinda looks like a spade fish. It is related to batfishes, explaining why it looks so similar minus the exaggerated dorsal and anal fins.
