Hello all,

I am a science teacher from Ohio. I do know a bit about keeping and breeding fish, namely guppies and African Chichlids, but am branching out and trying to use them educationally in a Biology and AP Biology classroom setting.

Feel free to contact me if you have any ideas, advice, or questions for me.

Thanks for the welcome, and for the help and answers some members have already given me as I try and integrate animal care and breeding into my curriculum.

Welcome. I still remember a reef tank one of my teachers had in the classroom. I did'nt realize how much went into maintaining it at the time. If I had I would have thanked him for introducing me to the hobby. I studied it for a few minutes before every class. Good luck with your system, I'm sure it will be a valuable teaching tool.
