So, hubby has been busy and is losing his battle with hair algae in the tank. Saltwater tanks are not my thing.

He said that if I can find someone to take the critters (and tank, preferably) off our hands, we can see about me putting together a little planted tank in it's place.

So, I've got a 29G tank with assorted livestock: a bicolor blenny, a tomato clownfish, a coral banded shrimp, assorted other snail/crab things, a lovely hammer coral, some zoanthids, some mushrooms, and some candy canes corals too, I think. Possibly some xenia, maybe some other little things that have popped up.

We're located in Naperville, IL. I'm not looking to bag and ship any of this, but I'll assist you in breaking it down and taking it out to your car.

I have to doublecheck about the hardware, but the aquaclear hob (unsure of size... big) can go with it... possibly a powerhead or two and the heater. I have a hunch he'll want to keep the light fixture.

All offers considered. I'll see if I can get him to snap a few photos later on today.

Okay, so doublechecked with the husband.

In this lovely 29 gallon tank we have:

Livestock:

Tomato Clown (named Bisque)
Bicolor Blenny (named Lenny)
Coral Banded Shrimp (named Popeye)
Blue Linkia Star (named Miles)
assorted snails and crabbys.

Hammer coral (named Thor)
Candy Cane coral
Green Star Polyps
assorted Zoanthids
assorted mushrooms
way too much hair algae

approximately 25-30 pounds live rock

Hardware:
29 gallon tank
Aquaclear 110
2-90 gph powerheads
150 watt ebo-jager heater
30" coralife fixture- currently holding 2 65w bulbs

You're also welcome to whatever leftover marine odds n ends- salt mix, lugols, calcium dosing stuff, etc.

Again, we're in Naperville (chicago's western suburbs), right off of I-88. I'm pretty flexible in regards to schedule/time and I'd be glad to help break down/bag up/haul to car.

Photos are from nearly a year ago- prior to water change slackage and the resulting hair algae infestation. The zoas have suffered- they're lurking amongst the algae and they're not quite as numerous as they were.
