As many times as I have been to D.C. I have never been there at night! LOL. Those monuments are astounding during the day! It seems, they are equally so during the eve! Thanks for sharing!
I have seen them all a million times as I used to live in SouthEast D.C. and visit quite often and I must say they are just as breathtaking the millionth time as the first.
Any particular reason D.C. left a bad taste in your mouth? Other than being a haven for liars and thieves
It was even neater before 9-11 when you could actually get closer to the Capitol and the white House. Now the streets are usually blocked off and there are so many Capitol police officers that it is hard as heck to get close to them. I actually hade five Capitol policemen stop my friend and I and ask what we were there for. UUUUUMMMMM TAKING PICS
