I want to get some RCS in NYC, I don't want to mail order or use paypal. I'm looking for a good contact in the city to buy or trade plants and shrimp. Also, I need a glass co2 diffuser as well.

Try Win Aquarium in Chinatown. They sell Cherries, Amanos and occasionally Bumblebees for $1.50 each.
