I went to buy this book you speek so highly of today (Bob Fenner's Conscientious Marine Aquarist)......
$60.00........ for a book in my area. :eek: << no vas.
I thought I seen you post that it was half that price online. Can you tell me where to get it online? I am going to surf for a while, and see if I can find it. If this book is 60 bones everywhere, I guess I will take it...... I hope it is as good as you say it is:) :)

I suppose it seems like a lot of money, but I think of it as an investment. If it saves you from making a mistake about livestock or hardware, it may pay for itself in one shot. The book is probably the one thing you will have that will not die or burn out. It may become outdated, but slowly.

I honestly think you will be very happy to have it. When you have the option of reading good prose by someone with a huge amount of experience, why would you even listen to someone like me, who is composing hasty replies between experiments? Then I'll try to talk you into some books by Tullock, Sprung and Delbeek, Borneman, Nillsen and Fossa, Moe, Fautin and Allan, Hoff.... Did I tell you I get a commission from them?

No kidden on the 60 bucks. Everything in my area seems to have 150% mark up on retail, I thought my business was bad with there 40% mark up.
