how big are they? how long have you had them? what are you trying to feed them? how often do you try to feed them? what is 'correct' parameters? what is the tank's temp?
these are all questions that need to be answered.

Ive had my Albino one for 9 months and the regular one for a year and a half. They are about 10 inches. I feed them Hikari Gold or Bio-Gold medium pellets. I feed them sometimes every other day or every day. The tank temp is about 80 degrees.Everything is zero with Nirates about 40 before i do a water change. I do a water change and vac every three days at about 60% of the water. I tried feeding them bio-gold mini pellets because i had a whole bunch of samples, i think they were too small it was like they couldnt see them floating on the water. I went back to my regular gold pellots but they are not eating them. I try to buy the bio-gold ones but they have been on back order.

a healthy fish wont starve itself to death, mine sometimes go a week with no interest in food, they usually do something like this after something in their house has changed ie decorations

SCOTTY DO!
Sounds like a whole lot of water changes to me.
If you get some hornwart you won't have to do changes as much.
I have a 1ft Tiger, a 8in Albino Tiger and a 1ft pleco; 2 Topfin 60 HOB filters, and a bushel of hornwart and all that is in a 55 gal.
The nitrates stay fairly low for a month, i only have to check once a week.
Happy Fish!
They might of liked the little pellets. Try getting a small pack of bigger ones.
Have any pictures of your tanks?

keep on changing the water like you have. it's good for them. nitrates aren't the only reason for the water changes.
have you tried live-type foods such as earthworms, mealworms, or frozen foods?

Definitely stay away from the smaller sized pellets. They are much too small for your fish and will ruin your water very fast if you oscars decide not to eat them.
I also have a 10'' oscar and I feed it Hikari Cichlid Gold and Cichlid Bio-Gold+ as well. From my experience, my oscar loves the regular Gold much more than the Bio-Gold+. I think it's because the regular Gold is much more "meaty." The Bio-Gold+ has spirulina and reeks of plant matter so my Oscar wasn't too thrilled when I switched and refused to eat it for a few days, but it learned to like it. I'm sure if you give them a few days, they'll go back to eating their normal pellets. Good Luck
