Welcome to AC...you'll get more answers if you post your question in the appropriate forum, i.e. general freshwater, but plecos should leave RCS alone. Whether the pleco can go in the tank or not will depend on tank size.

Hello, :welcome: to AC.
It really depends on the pleco, i feed my cichlids some river shrimp a few weeks ago and one of my plecos (L066) came out and started to munch on some shrimp.

:welcome:, to breed CRS is actually really easy, provide some hiding spots, some plants and that's pretty much it other than having a stable pH and a hardness that is not too hard but not too soft

Welcome! I have a Gold Nugget Pleco with Cherries and Amanos and he has never messed with them but every fish is different, actual results may vary. If using it for breeding I would leave out the Pleco.
