I moved my puff a little less then a week ago into a 30 gallon. It's huge, it's pretty much cycled, theres 2 bio-wheel filters that have a great culture of bacteria on teh wheels. Also theres 2 live plants in there with him. I feed him frozen bloodworms, brine shrimp, snails and sometimes ghost shrimp. Ever since I moved him, he's been under stress, he has teh grey spot over his stomach. It only disapears right after I feed him. The 15 gallon that he was in before was at 1.006 saltinaty. The new tank is at 1.008. Theres nothing wrong in teh new tank, everythings fine. Do you know whats wrong? Thanks so much!!
Ron

P.S. The grey line is very dark around teh mouth and gets dimmer as it goes down the stomach line. It's disappears at the middle of the body, unter the dorsal fin.

What kind of puffer is this?

Puffers have little or no resistance to the effects of ammonia or nitrite, so if "pretty much cycled" means those are detectable, that is the problem.
